Rolled Roofing
Loring Building Products provides rolled roofing materials to contractors and do-it-yourselfers in the Philadelphia, eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and northern Maryland areas.
Rolled roofing is commonly used for buildings that feature a low sloped roof pitch. The material is based on the same materials used in asphalt shingles; an organic felt or fiberglass mat, saturated with asphalt, and faced with granular stone aggregate.
Advantages of Rolled Roofing
- Least expensive roofing material
- Good solution for covering low incline roofs.
- Unlike shingles, rolled roofing can be rolled out in long strips
- Rolled roofing is much lighter than shingles and is tightly sealed
